Italian brand TCX recently launched the TCX Hero, a new waterproof boot aimed at riders of classic bikes. Part of the TCX 24/7 Lifestyle collection, it offers the fashion-conscious rider a retro look without compromising on safety.

The TCX Hero is CE-certified under BS EN 13634:2015 Protective footwear for motorcycle riders. Requirements and test methods. Constructed with full grain leather uppers in “Vintage Brown” over a waterproof lining, the TCX Hero appears to be a traditional laced boot but a concealed side zip makes it far easier to use. Although designed for use beyond just riding around (hence the 24/7 tag), it also has rider-centric features such as a gear protection pad, reinforced toe, ankle and heel areas, and a deep-tread.
